Nicole LeGalley is an accomplished nonprofit executive with over 30 years of experience in development and organizational strategy. As a Philanthropy Specialist at Lutheran Special Education Ministries (LSEM), Nicole helps the organization grow through strategic fundraising, Board development, and sustainable infrastructure. She is a skilled Organizational Strategist with expertise in Planned Giving, Program Evaluation, Capital Campaigns, Event Management, and Advancement strategy.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit, Public, and Organizational Management from Quinnipiac University and is a BoardSource   Certified Governance Consultant, specializing in building high-performing Boards. Nicole’s passion lies in strengthening mission-driven organizations through thoughtful governance and operational excellence.

Nicole lives in Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband Mike. They have three adult children.
