Every two years, Lutheran Special Education holds an extraordinary event — the LSEM Teachers’ Conference. This gathering is not only an occasion for professional development, but also a celebration of fellowship and ministry that profoundly impacts both our teachers and the students they serve.

This year we are seeking sponsors to help make this event go beyond typical training. This conference is a chance for LSEM’s teachers, who are geographically dispersed across the country, to come together in one place, strengthen their skills, build meaningful relationships and reconnect with their identity as part of a faith-driven  ministry.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Champion of Inclusion – $20,000
$5000 Named Classroom Grant for Inclusive Education Initiatives: A $5000 classroom grant in the sponsor’s name awarded to support an innovative inclusivity project within our classrooms.  This grant will be featured in conference materials, and the sponsor will receive a report with testimonials and project outcomes from the supported teachers.

Faith in Education Sponsor – $10,000
$2500 Named Classroom Grant for Inclusive Education Initiatives: A $5000 classroom grant in the sponsor’s name awarded to support an innovative inclusivity project within our classrooms.  This grant will be featured in conference materials, and the sponsor will receive a report with testimonials and project outcomes from the supported teachers.

Grace & Growth Sponsor – $5,000
  • “Grace & Growth Sponsor” title, reinforcing the sponsor’s role in empowering    educators and students with special needs.

Shepherd’s Heart Sponsor – $2,500
  • “Shepherd’s Heart Sponsor” title, honoring sponsors who support the compassionate teaching of students with special needs.

Faith & Future Digital Sponsor – $2,000
Sponsor the setup of AV equipment and recording services to ensure high-quality access to all educational sessions, extending the reach and preserving the content for future use.

Community of Faith Supporter – $1,000
  • “Community of Faith Supporter” title, acknowledging contributors to the shared mission of faith and education.

Empowering Educators Scholarship Sponsor — $500 per teacher

Your $500 sponsorship directly supports the ministry’s efforts to bring more educators to the conference by offsetting the costs of registration and travel. This contribution allows the organization to welcome more teachers who can then bring specialized training and new insights.

In the “Empowering Educators” section of the conference program, each sponsor’s name will be listed alongside the specific teacher(s) they supported, creating a personalized acknowledgment of your impact back to their classrooms, ultimately expanding the ministry’s impact and better serving students with diverse needs.

Faithful Partner Sponsor – $150 —This sponsorship level provides meaningful support to the conference while offering your business valuable exposure to an engaged, mission-aligned audience.
  • Faithful Partner Spotlight Listing: Your business name, logo, and a clickable link to your webpage will be featured on the conference website and virtual materials, including a “Faithful Partner” section dedicated to acknowledging virtual supporters.
  • Exclusive Digital Showcase: Inclusion in a digital “Faithful Partner Showcase” slide, displayed during session transitions, highlighting your support for the conference and mission-driven educational initiatives.
  • Optional Branded Digital Offer: Opportunity to provide a digital coupon or special offer for attendees, fostering engagement with your business.

 

Good Samaritan In-Kind Partner — For businesses or individuals interested in supporting the conference through non-monetary contributions.
  • Opportunities:
    • Fellowship & Hospitality Partner: Provide or underwrite meals and refreshments, with signage recognizing the sponsor’s commitment to fellowship.
