New Families for a New School Year

Something that surprised us here at LSEM was that despite COVID concerns and uncertainty in schools, we saw still saw a rise in our program services. This year we are helping more students in more schools. What a blessing! God is certainly here and working to care for His children.

Our teacher Alice Sweet gave us a quick update of her school. “For the 2020-21 school year, St. John’s Lutheran School in Chaska, MN was able to open in person, 5 days a week, and welcomed 30 new families! Several of these families are using LSEM services, as a consult to facilitate services with the local school district, or as direct instruction services. It is a joy to share the love and hope of Christ with these new students!”

It warms my heart to see new families coming to Lutheran schools! And it’s perfect that LSEM is there to provide educational assistance to those students who need it. We want to make sure that every child can receive special learning services.
